DDSRF develops with the clinicians who use it. If the tool was useful — or revealing in where it fell short — you're invited to help shape what it becomes.
What participation is — and isn't
- Short feedback, an optional conversation, and an optional later structured cohort.
- A contribution of clinical judgment — not an approval queue, and never a gate to using the tool.
- No patient data, ever.

This is a pre-launch build: the contact route and intake are not yet live, so the form is intentionally inactive. When it opens, it will submit only the professional details you provide (real name and email — no patient data) to an operator-controlled store.
